Parent Coaching for NYC Moms

Parent Coaching

Developing a warm, loving relationship is key to setting the stage for future success. You CAN get your child to cooperate through connection and compassion, without resorting to bribery, yelling or hitting.

I am proud to be one of the only Peaceful Parenting coaches trained by AhaParenting.com founder Dr. Laura Markham. I teach a model of loving guidance with practical strategies tailored to your circumstances to help get you and your family back on track.

Treating depression and anxiety for NYC-based parents

Depression and Anxiety

Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring conflicting emotions to the surface. Postpartum Depression is the number one complication following childbirth, and is very treatable. I work with pregnant and postpartum parents to ensure new families get off to the best possible start.
